Modern Grassmarket Apartment - Edinburgh

The room was spacious and cozy with a nice sofa bed, making it a great place to stay for two enjoyable nights.

The owner accommodated all the requests; problem was solved in no time. The bed was good, and they provided us with hypoallergenic pillows. Had a bath. Kitchenette was available for us to cook. We could enjoy views of the castle.

The apartment was clean and had stunning location to Grassmarket. Stayed 3 nights and did not want to leave...

Thanks very much for a great stay. The place is next to Old Town and Grassmarket pubs and the centre of Old Town. It's nestled in a really nice building.

We had an excellent stay in Edinburgh really close to Old Town, the main tourist attractions in Edinburgh, and city centre. Thanks to the owner problem was solved right away. It was absolutely perfect and magnificent close to everything. Nice place to stay, we didn't feel like leaving.

We had a fantastic stay at Modern Grassmarket. The owner was great at keeping in touch before and after our stay, and the location was perfect - right under The Castle! We even got to watch the Tattoo fireworks from the courtyard. The apartment had two spacious bedrooms and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Though the bathroom could use a little maintenance, it was still usable.

Everything was very good, me and my small family appreciated the stay; I spent 2 nights in there and definitely want to stay in that area again.

The accommodation is situated right in the heart of town, making it very convenient for exploring Edinburgh's attractions. There is a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for guests. The apartment is fairly clean and provides a comfortable stay.

The caretaker at Modern Grassmarket was incredibly obliging and helpful during our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience. The apartment itself was lovely and perfect for our family. It had all the necessary amenities and was conveniently located near the city centre. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely choose this apartment again.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at the Modern Grassmarket in Edinburgh! We stayed for three nights and loved every minute. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the major attractions and public transportation. The apartment itself was cozy and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The apartment was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it.

stayed in edinburgh before, but modern grassmarket exceeded expectations for a budget stay. perfect location, clean apartment, comfy bed, and helpful host. parking was a bit challenging but manageable.
